Form : A block volume is subdivided in two horizontal volumes. One transparent two-storey and one compact four-storey with a balconies system on each side. Vertical linear elements connect them.

Usage : Multiple Dwellings arranged in four Floors, with double height shops and main entrance in Ground Floor.
